Trail Description: Tunnel Hill State Tail passes through Shawnee National Forest, Surrounded by bluffs, trees and valleys.
The trail tavels over 23 trestles and through a 540 foot long tunnel.

Trail Description: Illinois Prairie Path is on the former Chicago, Aurora and Elgin Railroad bed. It was an electric line carrying commuters and freight. It is a bit of nature in the midst of a big metropolitan region.

Trial Description: Winds along North Branch of the Chicago River and the Skokie Lagoons. Beautiful trail but there are some street crossing to be cautious of.
