Blauwerk Sidewalker kick scooters are shipped within 2-3 days via Fed Ex ground or UPS ground whichever is most appropriate.

Returns.
Items must be returned in as shipped condition, not scratched, scuffed, cut, etc.. You must E-Mail or call for return authorization number before returning an item. Shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the sender, except we'll pay the shipping if we made a mistake, such as shipping the wrong item. Please take care to individually wrap all parts to protect from scratching, because shipping insurance does not cover damage caused by inadequate packing (including parts being damaged by contact with other parts inside the box).
Sales Tax
Nebraska requires Blue River Bikes to collect sales tax for all orders shipped within the state of Nebraska. If you reside outside Nebraska, Blue River Bikes is not required to collect Nebraska Sales Tax. This does not relieve you of your responsibility to pay sales or use tax where applicable state laws prescribe.
Canadian orders.
Canadian orders add $60 to stated shipping costs. Free shipping does not apply.
Alaska & Hawaii.
